Process
For our fine art prints, we utilize our flatbed automatic screen printing press. We incorporate a vacuum table to keep our prints aligned and in registration without the need for adhesives or clips that will damage your prints.
The process involves exposing an oversized silkscreen for each individual color.
We print each uniquely mixed color separately, while allowing them to dry in between.
While there is no theoretical limitation to how many colors can be printed, it is advisable to reduce the artwork colors to keep your end cost down.
Colour matching
Require exact color matching? Screen printing is the way to go!
By using plastisol-based inks we are able to accurately match colors according to the Pantone PMS colour system.
Color-matching is a unique service to screen printing, and is not offered with finishing methods such as sublimation, direct-to-garment (DTG), direct-to-film (DTF) or embroidery.
