Guide: Uploading and Sharing Artwork Files via Dropbox & Google Drive

Use this guide to upload print-ready artwork files or full folders and generate shareable view-only links for clients, collaborators, or print vendors.

Dropbox: Upload & Share Files or Folders

🔹 Step 1: Sign In

🔹 Step 2: Upload Files or a Folder

  1. Navigate to the folder where you want to upload, or click Create → Folder to make a new one.
  2. Click Upload → Select Files (for individual artwork) or Folder (for full collections).
  3. Choose your artwork from your computer and click Open to upload.

🔹 Step 3: Generate a View-Only Link

  1. Hover over the uploaded file or folder and click the Share button.
  2. In the pop-up, click Copy link.
  3. Then click the Settings (gear icon) or Link settings (if available).
  4. Under Who has access, set it to “Anyone with the link”.
  5. Set permissions to “Can view”.
  6. Copy and paste the link wherever you need to share it.

Google Drive: Upload & Share Files or Folders

🔹 Step 1: Sign In

🔹 Step 2: Upload Files or a Folder

  1. Click + New on the left.
  2. Select File upload or Folder upload.
  3. Choose your artwork and click Open.
  4. Files will appear in your Drive once uploaded.

🔹 Step 3: Generate a View-Only Link

  1. Right-click the file or folder you want to share → Click Get link.
  2. Under General access, click the dropdown and select Anyone with the link.
  3. Ensure the permission is set to Viewer.
  4. Click Copy link and share as needed.

  • High-resolution images (.JPG, .PNG, .TIFF)
  • Vector files (.AI, .SVG)
  • Print-ready PDFs
  • Full project folders with multiple files
