Screen Printing

Screen Printing

Our specialty and premium service.

✔ Best for:
• Large quantities
• Vibrant, long-lasting prints
• Pantone color accuracy

⚠ Considerations:
• Setup fees for each color
• Requires a minimum order quantity
• Cost may be prohibitive in low quantities.

+

Psst... more often than not, it's the best printing method 😉

Embroidery

Embroidery

Embroidery with the top of the line machinery.

✔ Best for:
• Professional logos and text
• Hats, jackets, aprons, hoodies & thicker items
• Premium feel, 3D texture, and durability

⚠ Considerations:
• Not ideal for very fine detail or gradients
• Thread colors may not match print colors exactly
• More expensive for large or dense designs

+

Embroidery provides that premium touch!

DTG

DTG

Direct-to-Garment: Digital Printing.

✔ Best for:
• Small batch or one-off orders
• Full-color photographic or gradient artwork
• Soft feel, especially on 100% cotton

⚠ Considerations:
• Best results on light garments
• May fade faster than screen printing
• Not as color-vibrant on dark fabrics

+

We do a lot of DTG printing and generally favor it to DTF.

DTF

DTF

Direct-To-Film: Digital Printing.

✔ Best for:
• Printing on any fabric (cotton, poly, blends)
• Small runs and complex multicolor designs
• Great for tags, sleeve prints, or specialty placements

⚠ Considerations:
• Slightly thicker feel than DTG
• Edges may have a slight outline on some fabrics
• Artwork needs to be high resolution for best results

+

There's a reason this one is at the bottom. 🙃
