Absolutely. We're happy to work with customer-supplied garments. Just note that we cannot take responsibility for any misprints or damage that may occur when working with supplied items.
Vector files (.ai, .pdf, .eps) are best, but we can also work with high resolution (.png, .jpg, .psd) files. Send us what you have and we’ll take a look!
We do light design and layout tweaks in-house, and we work with freelance designers for more complex projects. Just ask and we can refer someone!
Screen printing and DTF are both physical processes that use ink, so there may be minor variation in texture, colour or placement. We try to reproduce your artwork as accurately as possible and will reach out if we have any concerns.
Yes, we can! High resolution photos can be printed with DTF, DTG or even screen printing depending on the image.
Yes, provided the print placement and ink colours are the same across all garments. You can mix sizes, styles or colours.
Yes — if you’d like to try on a size, feel the fabric or view colours in person, you’re welcome to drop by and browse our sample rack.
Yes, we offer woven labels, screen printed tags and custom sewn hem tags. Turnaround times and minimums vary — get in touch for details.
7–10 business days from the time your invoice is paid and your artwork is finalized. This may vary during busy periods.
We try to accommodate tight timelines whenever possible. Let us know your deadline when requesting a quote and we’ll do our best!
Production starts once we’ve received your payment and your artwork is finalized.
Use our quote form or email us with as much detail as possible — quantity, type of garment, artwork, placements, due date, etc.
Once you approve your quote and send over final artwork, we’ll send you an invoice. Your spot on our print schedule is only confirmed once we’ve received your payment.
Small changes may be possible if production hasn’t started. Major changes may require a re-quote.
We accept e-transfer, credit card and debit (in person), and Shopify Payments. We don’t accept cheques unless previously arranged.
Yes. GST and PST apply to all orders unless you are tax exempt.
For new customers we require full payment up front. For returning customers and resellers, a 50% deposit is sometimes possible.
Pickup is at our East Vancouver studio, by appointment. We'll email you when your order is ready!
Yes! Local delivery and Canada-wide shipping is available. Charges vary based on order size and location.
Yes — if your order is shipped via courier or Canada Post, we’ll email you a tracking number as soon as it goes out.
We offer sample printing for embroidery and DTF. For screen printing, we don’t usually offer single printed samples — but we can show you previous work!
If it’s our fault, we’ll reprint or refund you for any damaged garments. If garments are supplied by the client, we are not responsible for replacing them.
Because all orders are custom made, we cannot accept returns unless something is defective or incorrect.
